2009 Member Registration Forms 

It's that time again!  The "early bird" catches the worm!

Please turn in both forms with your payment by the following dates:

Early Bird Registration: Ends Friday, Oct. 9th, 5:00PM
*Free Early Bird Patches to all who sign up by Oct. 9th.

You may still register after Oct. 9th, however it will not be considered early bird reg.

Registration Prices:
Youth
$15.00 per child

Adult
$25.00 for Alumni
Free for Leaders

Family Price
For prices on multiple family members, please call the office at 817-645-8274 for more information.
